3 Month Coaching Program
- 12 Week Program
- 12 1:1 Zoom Session that are 1-1.5 hours
- 12 Weekly Check Ins
- We will grade them where you are and where you want to be.
- We will start to work on building habits and accountability.
- If you are not sure what area you need to work on we will pull out tools such as the Wheel of Life to evaluate different aspects of your life.
6 Month Coaching Program
- 24 Week Program
- 24 1:1 Zoom Sessions that are 1-1.5 hours
- 24 Weekly Check Ins
- Big Goals/Building Habits/Balanced Reflection
